DNMSO lists possible and/or actual modifications to any amino acids (or terminal ones) in the Modificationn class. DNMSO root can have modifications. The relationship is 0 to many. There can be modifications stored but if none were encountered in the de novo sequencing they don't have to be provided in the instance. If Modificatons were found, they must be stored as Modification and linked to DNMSO via this association.
