Class [owl:Class]

Amino acids and peptides can be modified in various ways. A Modification used in the instance must be linked to DNMSO. Modification specifies the modificationMass (average and monoisotopic) and expects a name for the modification (string). Exactly one ModificationElement must also be specified. The modificationMass of the modification (mono isotopic assumed) and the modificationName must be provided. The reference to the propper PSI-Mod term must also be provided. The type of modification (terminal or amino acid) needs to be specified. Additional information can be provided as cvParam.
