Spectra is a container for 1 to many Spectrum elements (e.g., mgf, mzML, ..). De novo Sequencing needs at least one Spectrum so it can be performed and hence one Spectrum needs to be provided. Spectra can originate from different sources (e.g., mzML files). The concrete link to the file (if external) is provided in Link and/or PeakLink. Publications pertaining to the Spectra collection can be provided (isPublished; 0-n). Additional information can be provided via cvParam (hasQualifiercvParam).
