A ModifiedAminoAcid is an amino acid which either has been found to be modified in the context of an instance of DNMSO or can be found (while building the predictions). ModifiedAminoAcid must specify a Modification via hasModification and the AminoAcid it derives from (isBasedOn). A unique identifier (modAAid) must be provided for each ModifiedAminoAcid. The intention of ModifiedAminoAcid is to provide a list of unique modified amino acids to be used in de novo prediciton sequences.
